TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Scalapay
If you purchase using Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments.
You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related entities and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.
A) Registration and Creation of a Personal Account
Registration is not mandatory to complete a purchase. However, creating an account provides advantages such as receiving exclusive offers and early access to new products.
To register:

Click on the “Login” link located at the top left of the page;

Enter your username (or email address) and password in the “Register” section;

By clicking “Register”, your personal account will be created.
Through your personal account, you will be able to:

Track your orders and review past purchases;

Save your address for faster checkout;

Manage your account information.
B) Newsletter Subscription
To subscribe to the newsletter, simply enter your email address in the newsletter box or register on the website and accept promotional communications.
By subscribing, you will receive updates on new arrivals, promotions and special initiatives.
C) Completion of Purchase
Customers are invited to review the items in their cart by clicking the “Shopping Bag” icon at the top right of the page.
To remove one or more items, use the “Remove Product” link.
To complete your order, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
After confirming the selected items, you will be directed to the page where you can enter shipping, billing and payment details.
Once the information is confirmed, the order will be registered and you will be redirected to the selected payment provider to finalize the purchase.
Order Confirmation
Once product availability and payment accuracy have been verified, the order will be accepted.

Please note that once confirmed and processed, orders for available items cannot be modified.
D) Payment
Payment for products and related shipping costs is made online.
The purchase price and shipping fees indicated in the order summary will be charged to the payment method provided by the customer at the time of shipment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Card / PayPal
At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system provided by PayPal (a global leader in online payments).
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
Bank Transfer
If bank transfer is selected, the order will be processed once the corresponding amount has been credited to the bank account of franklo.it.
In case of return, bank details must be provided to process the refund.
E) Prices and Currency
The official currency of franklo.it is the Euro (€).
For countries outside the Eurozone, exchange rates depend on the rates applied by the customer’s credit card issuer or payment provider.
All transactions are processed in Euro. Prices displayed in other currencies are indicative only.
Product prices may be subject to change. Customers must always verify the final price before submitting the order.
VAT and Customs Duties
For European Union countries, product prices include VAT.
For non-EU countries, VAT does not apply. However, local taxes, import duties and customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country.
F) Shipping
Orders can only be shipped to countries available on the website during registration. Orders from countries not listed cannot be accepted.
For extra-EU shipments, deliveries are generally made under DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and applicable taxes may be included in the total cost borne by the customer, depending on destination regulations.
Delivery Times
Once payment is authorized and items are available, orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times:

Insurance
All shipments made by FrankLo are insured against damage or loss up to the moment of delivery to the address provided by the customer.
Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive an email containing the tracking number.
Shipping status can be monitored directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Processing Schedule
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Documents
All shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euro.
For discounted items, the invoice reflects the reduced price.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing.
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, customers must sign “with reservation” or refuse delivery.
If unauthorized signatures or evidence of tampering occur, customers must immediately notify the courier’s local office and contact:

Europe & Non-EU countries: DHL or other couriers as specified in the order confirmation
H) Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products, without penalty.
Returns are also accepted in case of shipping errors or non-conforming products.
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal/Return
The right of withdrawal/return is properly exercised if:

The customer contacts info@franklo.it within 14 days of delivery, specifying the reason for return;

Return authorization email is received and printed;

Products are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged;

The identification tag and single-use seal are still attached;
-
Items are returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories (dust bags, hangers, etc.);

Items from the same order are returned in a single shipment;
-
Products are shipped within 14 days from receipt of return authorization.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, including responsibility for loss or damage during transport.

Refunds
After verifying compliance with return conditions, FrankLo will issue the refund within 30 days from receipt of returned goods.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

Bank transfer: refunded to the originating bank account

PayPal: refunded to the PayPal account (credit card timing depends on the issuing bank)
In case of gifts, refunds will be made to the original payer.
If return conditions are not met, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. Products may be returned to the customer at their expense. After 3 months, unclaimed goods may be disposed of.
Product Identification Tag
All products sold on franklo.it include an identification tag attached with a single-use seal.
Products returned without the original tag and seal will not be accepted.
G) Promotional Codes
Customers subscribed to the newsletter may receive promotional codes.
Each code has a specific validity period and cannot be extended beyond its expiration date.
