RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with FrankLo.it, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.
In addition to the right of withdrawal, the Customer is entitled to return the purchased goods in case of shipping errors and/or products not meeting the expected quality standards.
CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN
The right of withdrawal and/or return shall be deemed correctly exercised if all of the following conditions are fully met:
- The Customer must contact Customer Service at info@franklo.it, specifying the reason for the return, within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.
- A return/withdrawal request must be sent via email to info@franklo.it within 14 days from receipt of the products, clearly stating the reasons for the return.
- Before sending back the goods, the Customer must receive a return authorization email from info@franklo.it. This authorization must be printed and included in the shipment, which is at the Customer’s expense.
- The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
- The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the original one-time seal.
- The products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Each product must be returned complete with all original labels, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, hangers, etc.) received with the order.

Tax Code & VAT: IT11967561009 - Products must be returned in a single shipment. FrankLo reserves the right not to accept items from the same order returned and shipped at different times.
- Returned products must be handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date the Customer receives the return authorization email.
- Products may only be returned after receiving approval via email from info@franklo.it.
REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once FrankLo has received the return request and verified that all requirements have been met, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance/refund/replacement.
FrankLo will proceed with refunding any amounts already paid for the purchase of the products.
After verifying compliance with the above conditions, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, excluding administrative and customs costs, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date FrankLo receives the returned product.
If the return does not comply with the terms and conditions specified above, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund. However, the Customer may request the products to be returned at their own expense in the condition in which they were received by FrankLo. Otherwise, FrankLo may retain both the products and the amounts already paid. The products will remain available to the Customer for 3 months, after which they will be destroyed or disposed of.
If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form differs from the person who made the payment, the refund will in any case be issued to the party who made the payment.
Return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the Customer, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products.
REFUND METHODS
The time required for the refund depends on the payment method used:
- Bank Transfer: the refund will be issued to the bank account from which the payment was made.
- PayPal: the refund will be credited to the PayPal account and will be visible immediately once FrankLo accepts the return. The actual refund to the credit card linked to the PayPal account depends on the card issuer and usually occurs within 30 days.
- In case of a gift, the refund will always be issued to the person who made the payment.
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION TAG
All products sold on FrankLo.it are equipped with an identification tag attached with a one-time seal. Customers are requested to try the product without removing the tag and seal, as returns without them will not be accepted.
