Shipping within Europe and worldwide is free for orders over €499.00. Shipping within Italy is free on all orders.

Packages are generally dispatched within 24/48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via an international courier with tracking and delivery without signature.

If you prefer delivery via UPS with signature required, an additional cost will apply. Please contact us before selecting this option.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, you will be provided with a tracking link to monitor your shipment online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.

We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders placed individually, and shipping costs will be charged for each order.

Your package is shipped at your own risk; however, special care is taken in the case of fragile items.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are well protected.
